• Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number, the carrier's information for items that have shipped.
• Due to a high volume of orders placed during the holiday season (especially Christmas), shipping times are usually longer than usual. Orders that are placed on or after December 1st may not be delivered by Christmas (December 25th). Please keep this in mind as you order your products from our store. Return policy

- Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 30 days of the invoice date unused or uninstalled item(s) from your online order.

• All items have a 30 days warranty: If an item you received from our company is damaged or defective, you can return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after the order is placed on our website. We ensure that all products are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email us immediately. Please retain the original package for returns, otherwise we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
• Exchange Items: After receiving the item, contact us within 30 days, if you would like to change size, change colors then we can help you. In this case we send correct size as your purchase but you would like to change please pays for return shipping.
• Wrong size, wrong color and item damaged: If you received items but items has been wrong size, color, damaged (please give us a photo about mistake) then we will give you a full refund money or re-ship new items to you. Moreover in this case you do not need return items please keep it as a gift. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
